Director, Sales
The Director, Sales will be responsible for leading our Sales strategy at Flux while maintaining a customer-first perspective. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and visionary, who understands the complexities of the energy markets and EV sales. A background in Energy Storage sales is preferred, while an Energy background is a must. The Sale that our platform will be making has never been done before but has the ability to change how consumer's view a vehicle purchase.

What You’ll Do

Create and implement sales and revenue growth strategies and programs.

Meet or exceed all sales revenue, pricing and inventory management objectives.

Determine long term plan to add new channels which maximize market presence while minimizing geographic overlap and channel conflict.

Identify potential new partners, initiate and develop business relationships and negotiate multi- year contracts. Identify and consider potentially new or alternate channels and routes to market.

Develop strategic knowledge of competitive distribution networks, products, pricing and tactics.
​

Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company’s quarterly and annual sales plan.

Monitor pre and post sales service and quality metrics and work with back-office departments to ensure order execution, on-time delivery and customer payments.

Maintain required reporting and develop new metrics to better understand and maximize the channel.

Master knowledge of Flux's products, company profile and market strategy.
​

Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences.
​

Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements. Maintain an in depth understanding of the distribution industry and its members.
